Second video from Brooklyn Cafe...
I have uploaded another video from Brooklyn Cafe - this time it is a piano song, and much newer. It is a little mysterious but I don't want to tell how it happened and what exactly it is about - but I have posted the lyrics on YouTube (under the video)!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbYXVS-8iPY

I hope you'll enjoy! I think I'll be posting one more, of a completely new song that I finished just one day before that show.

Welcome to subscribe to my YouTube channel, by the way! http://www.youtube.com/CATSELFmusic

First video from the Brooklyn Cafe gig
It was great at Brooklyn Cafe last weekend! It was honestly one of the most special gigs I have ever played - and in the smallest place ever! It's amazing how many people managed to fit into the cosy little café - and the atmosphere was really exceptional!

We streamed the show live online but unfortunately the Internet got slower at some point and there were interruptions and the quality had to be changed to very low! But the performances were filmed and I am posting the first videos today.

The first one is "Clown", one of my older songs but I often play it because it's somehow one of live favourites! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjLFUPLO9Jw

I'll be posting two more soon, of newer songs.

LIVE ONLINE!! Catself's show on March 17 (Saturday) on video stream
Tomorrow (Saturday, March 17) I am going to be playing a show in Brooklyn Cafe in Helsinki and it is going to be streamed online! So if you don't live in Helsinki, you can watch it live from your home!

The link to watch is http://www.ustream.tv/channel/catself

The show will start at 7 pm local time (so, 6 pm in Central Europe, for example in the Netherlands; if you live elsewhere, please check your time zone here: http://www.worldtimezone.com/). My set will start about 7.30, and after me there is going to be a performance of another singer-songwriter, Rebecca Clamp http://rebeccaclamp.bandcamp.com/. She is a great songwriter and performer and I am sure you will enjoy her set too! The whole event will end at 9 pm local time (8 pm in Central Europe).

I really hope some of you will notice this and can watch us and that you will enjoy! The streaming was tested at the café yesterday and it works very well, so let's hope there will be no technical surprises.

If you are planning to watch, you can RSVP here if you have a profile on Facebook:

http://www.facebook.com/events/274451989295634/

And, of course, please share the link with your friends who might be interested! Thank you and see you on Saturday!!
